Motivation Club

Imagine never being told that you are loved, valued, beautiful, or special. Imagine no one asking you at the end of the day, “How was your day today?” or someone telling you that you are doing a fantastic job and that they appreciate you. Many of our beneficiaries share that they don’t receive these affirming words at home or school.

At Women Are Gold, our Motivation Club changes that. Every Thursday afternoon, our community center opens its doors, and positive words fill the air as girls gather for our Motivation Club. The girls participate in team games that foster positivity and encouragement, and laughter echoes off the walls. They show each other kindness and speak in ways they themselves would want to be treated. Motivation Club provides that much-needed encouragement, warm smiles, and positivity that each of us craves, reminding our beneficiaries that each one of them are valued and loved.
